Who We’re Looking For:

  • Lived Experience: Individuals impacted by racial housing inequality to shape solutions
  • Sector Stakeholders: Housing providers, community organisations, and policymakers to drive change
  • Academics: Researchers to guide evidence-based policy development

Advisory Group Criteria:

  • 75% Lived Experience: Focus on Black and Global Majority (BGM) voices
  • 25% Stakeholders: Housing charities, academics, and professionals
  • Commitment to Justice & Anti-Racism: Passion for housing justice and combating racism
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Prioritising diverse perspectives, especially from BGM communities

What You’ll Do:

  • Demand accountability and expose systemic racism in housing
  • Guide research that reflects the needs of BGM communities
  • Amplify the voices of those impacted by housing inequality

Key Details:

  • Start Date: March 2025
  • Meetings: Every 6 weeks (6 total), in-person or hybrid
  • Time Commitment: Half a day per meeting
  • Remuneration: Paid for lived experience and community members
  • Deadline: Apply by Thursday 20th February 2025
